OnePlus Turbo 6X and Turbo 6X Pro with up to 6.78-inch 144Hz Display, Dimensity SUPER Chips, Up to 8000mAh Battery

OnePlus has officially launched its latest smartphone in the Turbo series, the OnePlus Turbo 6X and OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro in China. Both smartphones are powered by MediaTek’s latest 4nm SUPER-series chipsets and feature high-refresh-rate displays, large batteries, and advanced durability features, while targeting different segments of the mid-range market.

OnePlus Turbo 6X

The standard OnePlus Turbo 6X features a 6.72-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels, a 144Hz refresh rate, and up to 1000 nits peak brightness. The display incorporates hardware-level DC dimming to reduce flicker and supports touch operation with gloves, wet hands, or oily fingers.

Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 SUPER processor, built on TSMC’s 4nm manufacturing process. One of the major highlights of the smartphone is its massive 7000mAh battery, paired with 45W wired fast charging and support for wired reverse charging.

The Turbo 6X also stands out by offering expandable storage via a TF card slot, supporting memory expansion of up to 2TB.

OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro

The premium Turbo 6X Pro upgrades to a 6.78-inch 1.5K Samsung AMOLED display that utilizes Samsung’s M14 luminescent material. The panel retains the 144Hz refresh rate while significantly boosting peak brightness to an impressive 6500 nits. It also supports full-brightness DC dimming and advanced eye-care technologies developed in collaboration with display health specialists.

Like the standard model, the Pro variant supports glove mode and accurate touch response even with wet or oily hands.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SUPER chipset and features a 360° surround antenna system designed to improve network reception. The device runs ColorOS 16 out of the box, with OnePlus claiming up to six years of smooth and reliable performance.

The Pro model packs a larger 8000mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging. According to OnePlus, the battery can provide up to 29 hours of short-video playback, 17 hours of navigation, or approximately 8 hours of continuous gaming.

Durability is another key focus, with the smartphone certified for IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K protection against water and dust ingress. It has also passed seven military-grade durability tests.

For photography, the Turbo 6X Pro features a 50MP primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), complemented by an ultra-wide camera and support for Live Photos, soft-light portrait effects, and vintage film-style filters. Security is handled through an in-display fingerprint scanner.

AI and Smart Features

The OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro incorporates several AI-powered tools and productivity enhancements, including:

• AI Writing Assistant for content creation and editing.
• AI Voice Notes for smart transcription and note-taking.
• Custom Gaming Commands and silent game launch options.
• Built-in Voice Changer for gaming and entertainment.
• Multi-functional NFC, stereo dual speakers, and an infrared remote control sensor.

The Turbo 6X Pro is available in Heartbeat Orange and Prancing Horse Black color options.
