Moto X Style launched in India starting at Rs. 29,999, available October 14
Moto X Style has finally made it to India, albeit with a slightly higher price point than expected. The new Moto X Style will be available for Rs. 29,999 for the 16GB storage variant and Rs. 31,999 for the 32GB storage variant.
Coming to the specs, the Moto X Style comes with a 5.7-inch Quad-HD display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection, 1.8GHz hexa-core Snapdragon 808 with Adreno 418 GPU and 3GB RAM. There is a choice of 16/32 GB storage which is expandable with a microSD card slot.
It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop which is upgradable to Marshmallow. The camera is a major improvement from previous-gen Motorola devices with a new 21MP unit which got high marks in DXOMark tests. There is a 5MP front-facing here with wide-angle lens and large 1.4 micron pixel size.
The Moto X Style is no slouch when it comes to connectivity options, you have 4G LTE support, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, GPS with GLONASS, NFC and FM Radio. There is a 3000 mAh non-removable battery here with support for Turbo Charging. It is also IP52 rated for water resistance upto a certain extent but not submersion.
Moto X Style will be available starting October 14th Midnight priced at Rs. 29,999 with 16GB storage and Rs. 31,999 for the 32GB variant. I would recommend going for the 32GB variant and its still a Flipkart exclusive.
There are some launch offers as well which will be applicable for purchases made between 14th and 20th October 2015:
- 100% Cashback for 100 lucky customers
- Rs. 5000 off on International holiday from MakeMyTrip
- Flipkart Electronic Gift Vouchers worth Rs. 1000
- Exchange offer of upto Rs. 15,000
