Microsoft is looking for a home-run in the budget segment with these new offerings which the company feels will be a replacement of the still popular Lumia 520. Although Windows Phone has grown as a OS but it still lacks the exposure and ease of use offered by Android and iOS. But if more people start using Windows Phone's then that might change rapidly.
