100,000 Meizu M1 sell out in less than 1 minute
Flash sales are really working wonders for mobile manufacturers. After Xiaomi engineered the entire process, now Meizu has sold 100,000 units of its new Meizu M1 in just under a minute in China.
And these were not pre-orders, money changed hands here. Now, why is the Meizu M1 so popular?
Well, you are getting a 1.5 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6732 chipset, 5-inch HD IPS display, 13 MP rear camera with LED flash, 5 MP front camera and 1 GB RAM. There is 8 GB internal storage which is expandable and a 2500 mAh battery keeps the phone running. All this for just CNY 699 (about $111 or Rs. 6900).
