LG G3 A with fast LTE-A connectivity, 5.2-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 800 goes official in Korea
LG G3 A has just gone official in Korea. The new G3 variant comes with faster LTE-A connectivity upto 150 Mbps, 5.2-inch 1080p display, quad-core Snapdraon 800 SoC with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage which is expandable. Its a considerable spec-down from the original G3 which comes with a 5.5-inch Quad-HD display, 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 805, which means that the LG G3 A will be priced less than the current flagship.
The G3 A runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat right out of the box. It comes with a 13 MP primary camera with Dual-tone LED flash, Laser-AF like the G3 alongwith a 2.1 MP front-facing camera. The LG G3 A is juiced up by a 2610 mAh battery while the G3 has a 3000 mAh unit. Other connectivity options include, WiFi a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS as well as NFC. The LG G3 A will be available in White and Titanium colors priced at 704,000 South Korean Won (about $675 or Rs. 41,700) but it will be available exclusively on SK Telecom in Korea starting tomorrow, August 8th.
