5.5-inch Apple iPhone "Air" to be available one month after launch
Apple has been working on not one but two new iPhones, atleast that's what the rumor mill suggests. There will be a 4.7-inch iPhone 6 and a 5.5-inch iPhone "Air". Both of which could be announced as early as September 9th according to another report.
VentureBeat citing a "source with knowledge of the company's plans" is saying that the larger 5.5-inch iPhone "Air" will be available one month after the initial launch. We have been hearing of issues with the development of the new display for the iPhone and this might be the reason for the delay.
The new iPhones may feature a faster A8 chip clocked at 2 GHz, improved fingerprint sensor. Support for WiFi 802.11 ac is also being talked about alongwith NFC. But these are unconfirmed.
