Lava Iris Pro 30 with 4.7-inch HD display, launched for Rs. 15999
Lava has finally launched the Iris Pro 30 after several delays. The phone features 4.7-inch HD IPS display with One Glass Solution and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The Iris Pro is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor with 1 GB RAM running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. One major selling point of the device is that its just 7.5 mm thick and quite light at 114 grams.
There's a 8 MP camera at the back with dual-LED flash and a 3 MP front facing camera for video calls. The Iris Pro 30 also features Content Adaptive Backlight Control technology which according to the company will automatically reduce screen brightness for brighter content to prolong battery life by up to 30 %.
In terms of software features you get gestures support including flip to mute, lift to answer and Video PIP. The Lava Iris Pro 30 has been priced at Rs. 15,999 and will be available in Black color starting third week of January.
