Here is the replacement to Internet Explorer, welcome Microsoft Edge

    Microsoft Edge Web Browser

Microsoft revealed its plans about a new browser back in January, known as Project Spartan also showing it off in recent Preview build for Windows 10 on both PC's and phones. Finally, Project Spartan has a name, Microsoft Edge.

The name Edge, comes from the EdgeHTML rendering engine Microsoft is using in its new web browser. Microsoft Edge has been re-designed from the ground-up to be minimalist and fast. While it will be replacing Internet Explorer as the default web-browser in Windows 10, Microsoft is still keeping IE around for enterprise customers.

Microsoft Edge comes with Cortana integration, live weather/stock updates, digital ink annotations and a built-in reading list. Moreover, it will be able to run Chrome and Firefox extensions. But how are users actually going to download them for Edge is still a mystery. More on this as the Build conference is still on.
