HUAWEI Nova Flip detailed Specs Surfaced Online Revealing 6.94-inch 120Hz LTPO Display, Kirin 9 series SoC ahead of August 5th Launch
HUAWEI has confirmed the launch of its upcoming affordable foldable smartphone in the Nova series, the Nova Flip on August 5th in China. Digital Chat Station has revealed the complete specifications of the phone.
The Nova Flip is expected to feature a 6.94-inch (2690 x 1136 pixels) 120Hz LTPO foldable display and a 32MP front camera housed in a punch hole. It will be powered by the new Kirin 9 series G-platform, with options for 12GB of RAM and 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of storage.
The phone will likely include a 2.14-inch 60Hz OLED outer screen, supporting mini-games, a live window, and effects during calls. It is anticipated to have a 50MP rear camera with a 1/1.56-inch f/1.9 RYYB sensor, along with an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera with a 2cm super macro feature.
Battery life is expected to be supported by a 4400mAh battery with 66W fast charging. According to leaks, the leather version of the phone will measure 15.08mm when folded and 6.88mm when unfolded, weighing 195g. The glass version will be slightly thicker at 15.12mm when folded and 6.9mm when unfolded, weighing 199g.
HUAWEI will also unveil the MatePad Pro flagship tablet and the MatePad Air at an event on August 6th. Pricing details for these devices will be announced next week.
