Honor 6 Plus with 5.5-inch 1080p display, octa-core processor launched in India for Rs. 26499

    Under Huawei's global brand Honor, two phones were launched in India. The Honor 4X and the Honor 6 Plus. The Honor 4X launched at Rs. 10,499 caters to the budget buyer, while Huawei's targeting the upper mid-range segment with the Honor 6 Plus. The main feature of the 6 Plus are its dual 8 MP cameras at the back with dual-LED flashes. It comes with adjustable aperture, and larger pixel size for sharper images even in low light. There is a 8 MP front facing camera here as well with Sony BSI sensor.

    Coming to the specs, the Honor 6 Plus runs on Huawei's own Hisilicon Kirin 925 octa-core (4 x 1.8 GHz Cortex A15 + 4 x 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7) processor with Android 4.4 KitKat and Emotion UI 3.0 on top. It comes with a 5.5-inch full-HD 1080p display with 10-point multitouch, IR LED, 4G LTE Cat.6 support alongwith a 3600 mAh battery.

    The Honor 6 Plus has been priced at Rs. 26,499 and will be available starting April on Flipkart in Gold, Black and White colors. Free screen replacement within 1 month of purchase is applicable here as well alongwith 15 months of warranty. Freebies worth Rs. 14,000 will also be available at launch.
