HONOR X50 GT launched with 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, up to 16GB RAM
HONOR has launched its latest smartphone in the X50 series the HONOR X50 GT in China as a follow-up to the HONOR X50. It has a 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz curved AMOLED display with a peak brightness of up to 1200 nits and 1920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. It features a 5100mm² VC cooling system and offers configurations with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.
It is equipped with a 108MP primary rear camera utilizing the Samsung HM6 sensor, a 2MP secondary camera, and an 8MP front camera, the phone supports millisecond-level capture, high dynamic light and shadow, and 3x lossless zoom.
In terms of battery life, the phone houses a robust 5800mAh battery. HONOR assures users that the device's health will remain above 80% even after 1,000 charge-discharge cycles. Additionally, it supports 35W fast charging. Notably, the device holds SGS five-star drop-resistant and drop-resistant certification for the entire device, including the curved screen, marking a notable achievement.

The HONOR X50 GT comes in Silver and Midnight Black colours. It will be available from January 9th in China with up to a 200 yuan discount for the first sale, and the pre-orders have started now.
