Dolby Laboratories has announced Dolby Vision 2, the latest evolution of its premium display technology, designed to enhance movies, TV shows, live sports, and gaming experiences.

- Dolby Vision 2 Max - Tailored for flagship TVs, unlocking the full potential of premium display hardware.
- Dolby Vision 2 - Designed for mainstream televisions, delivering essential upgrades powered by the new Image Engine and AI-driven intelligence.
Industry Adoption & Rollout -
Hisense will be the first manufacturer to integrate Dolby Vision 2 into its upcoming RGB-MiniLED TVs, equipped with the MediaTek Pentonic 800 chip and MiraVision™ Pro PQ Engine—the first chipset to support this technology. CANAL+ has also confirmed adoption. Launch timelines will be revealed closer to market availability.
