vivo T4 Ultra Specs
vivo T4 Ultra Android Smartphone was launched in June 2025. It is running on the Mediatek Dimensity 9300+ (4 nm) processor with Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU. The phone has 12 GB RAM and 512 GB of internal storage which is not expandable.
The vivo T4 Ultra has a 6.67 inches, 1260 x 2800 pixels AMOLED display with a pixel density of 460 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 50 MP rear camera and a 32 MP front camera for selfies. It has a USB Type-C port for data syncing and charging. There is a fingerprint sensor present on the vivo T4 Ultra as well, along with a magnetic field sensor (compass), gyroscope sensor, proximity sensor and accelerometer sensor. It is a single SIM smartphone with support for 3G, USB OTG, NFC and Wi-Fi too.
The vivo T4 Ultra runs on Android 15 and all this is powered by a 5500 mAh battery. It measures 160.6 x 75 x 7.5 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 192 grams including battery.
