vivo Pad5 Pro Android Tablet was launched in April 2025. It is running on the Mediatek Dimensity 9400 (3 nm) processor with Immortalis-G925 GPU. The phone has 16 GB RAM and 512 GB of internal storage which is not expandable.
The vivo Pad5 Pro has a 13.0 inches, 2064 x 3096 pixels IPS display with a pixel density of 286 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 13 MP rear camera and a 8 MP front camera for selfies. It has a USB Type-C port for data syncing and charging. There is a gyroscope sensor present on the vivo Pad5 Pro as well, along with a proximity sensor and accelerometer sensor. It is a single SIM smartphone with support for USB OTG too.
The vivo Pad5 Pro runs on Android 15 and all this is powered by a 12050 mAh battery. It measures 289.6 x 198.3 x 6.6 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 578 grams or 635 grams including battery.
