vivo iQOO U3 Android Smartphone was launched in 2020, December 14. It is running on the MediaTek Dimensity 800U 5G (7 nm) processor with Mali-G57 MC3 GPU. The phone has 8 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage which is not expandable.
The vivo iQOO U3 has a 6.58 inches, 1080 x 2400 pixels IPS display with a pixel density of 400 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 48 MP rear camera and a 20 MP front camera for selfies. It has a USB Type-C port for data syncing and charging. There is a fingerprint sensor present on the vivo iQOO U3 as well, along with a magnetic field sensor (compass), proximity sensor and accelerometer sensor. It is a dual SIM smartphone with support for 3G, USB OTG, Bluetooth and GPS too.
The vivo iQOO U3 runs on Android 10 and all this is powered by a 5000 mAh battery. It measures 164.2 x 75.4 x 8.4 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 185.5 grams including battery.
