vivo iQOO Pad Ultra Android Tablet was launched in September 2026. It is running on the Qualcomm SM8975 Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 (2 nm) processor with Adreno 850 GPU. The phone has 16 GB RAM and 1 TB of internal storage which is not expandable.
The vivo iQOO Pad Ultra has a 8.8 inches, 1440 x 2304 pixels AMOLED display with a pixel density of 309 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 13 MP rear camera and a 8 MP front camera for selfies. It has a USB Type-C port for data syncing and charging. There is a gyroscope sensor present on the vivo iQOO Pad Ultra as well, along with a proximity sensor and accelerometer sensor. It is a single SIM smartphone with support for USB OTG and Wi-Fi too.
The vivo iQOO Pad Ultra runs on Android 17, OriginOS 7 HD and all this is powered by a 9020 mAh battery. It measures 197.4 x 126.3 x 5.7 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 298 grams including battery.
