vivo iQOO 15T Android Smartphone was launched in May 2026. It is running on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster (3 nm) processor with Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU. The phone has 16 GB RAM and 1 TB of internal storage which is not expandable.
