Huawei MatePad Mini Smart Tablet was launched in September 2025. The phone has 12 GB RAM and 512 GB of internal storage which is not expandable.
The Huawei MatePad Mini has a 8.8 inches, 1600 x 2560 pixels display with a pixel density of 343 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 50 MP rear camera and a 32 MP front camera for selfies. It has a USB Type-C port for data syncing and charging. There is a fingerprint sensor present on the Huawei MatePad Mini as well, along with a magnetic field sensor (compass), gyroscope sensor, proximity sensor and accelerometer sensor. It is a single SIM smartphone with support for 4G LTE and Wi-Fi too.
The Huawei MatePad Mini runs on HarmonyOS 5.1 and all this is powered by a 6400 mAh battery. It measures 198.6 x 127.3 x 5.2 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 260 grams including battery.
