Amazon Fire HD 8 Android Tablet was launched in September 2015. It is priced in India at Rs. 6133 ($89.99), running on the Mediatek MT8135 processor with PowerVR G6200 GPU. The phone has 1 GB RAM and 8/16 GB of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 128 GB.
The Amazon Fire HD 8 has a 8.0 inches WXGA, 800 x 1280 pixels IPS display with a pixel density of 189 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 5 MP rear camera and a VGA front camera for selfies. It has a microUSB port for data syncing and charging. There is a accelerometer sensor present on the Amazon Fire HD 8. It is a single SIM smartphone with support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS too.
