Amazon Fire Android Tablet was launched in September 2015. It is priced in India at Rs. 3407 ($999.99). The phone has 1 GB RAM and 8 GB of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 32 GB.
The Amazon Fire has a 7.0 inches, 600 x 1024 pixels IPS display with a pixel density of 170 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 2 MP rear camera and a VGA front camera for selfies. It has a microUSB port for data syncing and charging. There is a accelerometer sensor present on the Amazon Fire. It is a single SIM smartphone with support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS too.
The Amazon Fire runs on Android OS, v5.0 (Lollipop), Fire OS 5 and all this is powered by a 4400 mAh battery. It measures 191 x 115 x 10.6 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 313 grams including battery.
