Xiaomi teases Redmi Note 2 Pro, launching on November 24th?

We all know that Xiaomi is holding a press conference on November 24th where we expected to see the new Mi flagship, the Mi5. But it seems we would have to settle for the Redmi Note 2 Pro.

Xiaomi President Lin Bin, President - Xiaomi posted the image you see above on Weibo. It shows the Redmi 2 Pro with a fingerprint sensor and metal construction. According to a recent certification at TENNA, the Redmi 2 Pro is expected to come with a 5.5-inch 1080p display running on Helio X10 octa-core processor from MediaTek with 2GB RAM, 16GB expandable storage. Its pretty much the Redmi Note 2 Prime wrapped in a metal body and with a fingerprint sensor.

Even though Marshmallow is now available for some devices, the Redmi Note 2 Pro will probably launch running Lollipop with MIUI 7 on top.
