Vivo X300 FE launched with 6.31-inch 1.5K 120Hz LTPO AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, 6500mAh battery
Vivo has quietly launched its latest smartphone as part of the X300 series, the Vivo X300 FE in Russia. The device features a design and specifications similar to the vivo S50 Pro Mini, which was introduced in China in December.
The smartphone sports a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor. For photography, it includes a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP 3x periscope telephoto camera equipped with a 1/1.95-inch Sony IMX882 sensor. On the front, it houses a 50MP selfie camera. The phone runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6, and vivo promises five years of Android updates along with seven years of security patches.
The device also features an aviation-grade aluminum frame, Ultrasonic Fingerprint 2.0, and IP68 + IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. It is backed by a 6500mAh battery that supports 90W wired fast charging, 40W wireless flash charging, and wireless reverse charging.
