Sony introduces Xperia M and Xperia M Dual, with 4-inch displays

Sony has unveiled the Xperia M and its dual-sim variant the Xperia M Dual. Both the new Xperia M devices feature 4.0-inch FWVGA (854x480 pixels) displays, powered by a 1GHz dual-core Krait processor, Android 305 GPU and 1GB RAM. The Xperia M runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Sony's custom TimeScape UI on top.

There's also 5MP Exmor RS sensor camera with 720 video recording and a secondary 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing camera with 4GB internal storage, expandable with MicroSD card.  In terms of connectivity the phone supports 3G with HSPA networks, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and FM Radio. 

The dual-sim version, Xperia M dual shares the same specifications apart from the extra sim slot. The Xperia M is available in Black, White, Purple and Lime colors while the Xperia M dual is available in three colors namely Black, White and Purple. Both the phones are expected to hit shelves in Q3 2013, but there is no word on pricing as yet.
