Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra Surfaced Online with 14.2-inch WQXGA+ screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy SoC, IP68 ratings
Samsung is working on its upcoming flagship Tablet the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, which will be the successor of the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra that was launched last year. Now, the tablet has surfaced online by leakster Ice Universe, which reveals all details and the features of the tablet.
The Tab S9 Ultra is expected to feature a 14.6-inch WQXGA+ (2960 x 1848-pixel) display with a 120% DCI-P3 color gamut, and will more likely be a Super AMOLED display as its predecessor, the company chose the same screen size in this tablet. The dimension of the tablet is 208.6 x 326.4 x 5.5 mm, the same as its predecessor, but the weight increased by 726g to 737g. Unfortunately, the leaker didn't provide any render images.
It will be powered by an overclocked latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy processor, which is seen in the Galaxy S23 Ultra, and comes with up to 16GB of the fastest LPDDR5X RAM. This flagship tablet is one of the new features that should support IP rating. The Tab S9 Ultra is claimed to have an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. The tablet should have a massive 11200mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging.
The tablet will feature S Pen support, stereo speakers with Sound by AKG, 5G connectivity, the latest One UI 5.X software, and more. We should know more details and renders of the flagship tablet expected in the coming months before it goes officially revealed along with the other Galaxy Tab S9 series tablets later this year.
