Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo gets Android Marshmallow Update

Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo has now been updated to Android Marshmallow. The new update is currently rolling out in Austria, Greece, UK, Germany, Netherlands and some other regions for the SM-G903F variant.

Now, just as a refresher the Galaxy S5 Neo was launched last year with a 5.1-inch 1080p display running on the Exynos 7 Octa SoC with 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, Android 5.1 Lollipop. Just earlier today we reported that Samsung has also started rolling out Marshmallow update for the Galaxy On7 in several regions.

Again, with the OTA update to Marshmallow the Galaxy S5 Neo (SM-G903F) gets Google Now on Tap support, Doze mode for better battery-life as well as app permissions.
