Samsung Galaxy Pocket 2 and Galaxy Core 2 Duos running Android 4.4 KitKat appear online
Samsung is all set to wage war on the budget and entry-level segments with upgraded dual-SIM variants, the Galaxy Core 2 Duos and the Galaxy Pocket 2. Both run Android 4.4.2 KitKat right out of the box. Here's a look at their specifications and features.
Samsung Galaxy Core 2 Duos
The Galaxy Core 2 was leaked a while back in Russia and this is just its dual SIM variant. The Galaxy Core 2 Duos comes with a 4.5-inch WVGA display, 1.2 GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 based processor, 768 MB RAM running Android 4.4 KitKat. It is a dual-SIM, dual-Standby device. Connectivity options include 3G, Bluetooth, WiFi b/g/n and GPS. There's a 2000 mAh battery powering the phone. There's a 5 MP rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera as well.

Samsung Galaxy Pocket 2
Samsung has launched a number of budget devices under the Pocket banner, including the Galaxy Pocket, Pocket Neo and Pocket Plus. The Galaxy Pocket 2 is a budget device as well, and comes with a 3.2-inch QVGA display, 1 GHz single-core processor with 512 MB RAM and 4 GB ROM running Android 4.4 KitKat.
