Samsung Galaxy M42 5G launching in India this April under Rs.25,000 with Snapdragon 750G SoC, Quad rear cameras
Samsung is preparing to launch its most affordable 5G smartphone the Galaxy M42 5G in India later this month, as per the latest IANS report. It also said that the price of the phone will be between Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 25,000 and will be sold out on Amazon.in and Samsung.com as well as offline stores.
The phone has listed on the Geekbench benchmark with model number SM-M426B and some key specifications. It revealed that the phone runs on the Snapdragon 750G processor with 4GB RAM and based on Android 11, but the report also said that the phone will come with 6GB and 8GB RAM variants, and also has Knox Security. The Galaxy M42 5G had already get BIS certification, received Wi-Fi Alliance certification, and Bluetooth SIG certification.
This phone will be a slight upgrade version of the Galaxy A42 5G that was launched last year in Europe, so the design of the phone will be similar, but might be some change in specifications such as quad rear cameras with a 64MP primary sensor and a larger 6000mAh battery.
