Redmi 9 Power launched in India starting at Rs.10,999 with 6.53-inch FHD+ display, 48MP quad rear cameras, 6000mAh battery
Xiaomi's Redmi brand just launched its latest budget smartphone the Redmi 9 Power in the Redmi 9 series in India, as they promised. It has a 6.53-inch Full HD+ LCD Dotdrop screen with 90.34% screen-to-body ratio, and has a plastic back panel with Aura Power design and Redmi branding, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and comes with Stereo speakers.
It runs on the Snapdragon 662 processor with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM, up to 128 GB UFS 2.2 storage, and works on MIUI 12 based on Android 10. It has a quad rear camera setup in the rectangular module where a 48 MP primary camera along with an 8 MP ultra-wide camera, 2 MP 4cm macro sensor, and a 2 MP depth sensor. On the front side has an 8 MP selfie camera.
The Redmi 9 Power is powered by a 6000mAh battery that promises up to 26h FHD video playback, 13.5h of gaming, and up to 45h VoLTE calling. It supports 18W fast charging but comes with a 22.5W fast charger in the box. The company says that it will last for over 1000 charging cycles so that it will last for over 3 years. It comes in Mighty Black, Fiery Red, Electric Green, and Blazing Blue colors.
