Samsung Galaxy A72 5G surfaced with 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED Infinity-O display, 64MP quad rear cameras
Samsung is working on another mid-range 5G smartphone the Galaxy A72 5G where the CAD renders of the phone has surfaced online, after the surfaced of the Galaxy A52 5G last week. It shows a similar Glasstic rear panel as similar to A52 and the phone feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED flat Infinity-O display with an in-display fingerprint scanner, and the front camera could be a 32MP sensor similar to the predecessor.
As we know that Galaxy A71 5G runs on Exynos 980, but it is confirmed the successor will be run on the latest Exynos 1080 processor. Samsung has already confirmed that it will debut with the Vivo X60 smartphone first, and it is expected to remain exclusive for the Chinese market for a few months. So, maybe it comes with Snapdragon 765 processor.
The phone could feature a quad rear camera setup where maybe a 64 MP primary camera along with a 12MP ultra-wide camera 5MP depth and 2 MP macro sensors, according to the earlier rumors. The phone will measure 165 x 77.4 x 8.1mm (nearly 9.9mm with the camera bump) and, will come with a 3.5mm audio jack.
The Galaxy A71 5G version was announced along with Galaxy A51 5G back in April earlier this year, and the Galaxy A72 5G is expected to be introduced sometime in January 2021 along with Galaxy A52 5G. We should know more details and full specifications of the phone in the coming weeks.
