RedMagic 8S Pro to be launched on July 5th with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Leading Version SoC, 24GB of RAM

Nubia confirmed that it will launch its latest flagship smartphone the RedMagic 8S Pro in China on July 5th, which will be the successor of the RedMagiC 8 Pro. Today, the company has confirmed that RedMagic 8S Pro will be the first phone to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Leading Version clocked speed at up to 3.36GHz compared to the standard Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

This phone will also be the first phone to come with 24GB of RAM without including the virtual RAM, as per the company. Recent rumors revealed that OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will be the first phone to use 24GB of RAM, and Realme will also launch a mobile phone with 24GB of RAM.

Alongside, the Adreno 740 GPU’s clock speed is also expected to be increased, from 680 MHz to 719 MHz increasing the GPU performance. It is also expected to come with up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. We have already seen the 16GB RAM with 1TB model in the RedMagic 8 Pro.

The phone is expected to retain the 6.8-inch Full HD+ OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 50MP Samsung GN5 sensor, 8MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP macro camera, and a 16MP under-display front-facing camera, same as the previous models.
