Realme Unveils World's Fastest Charging Technology with 320W SuperSonic Charge on August 14

Realme has officially announced the 320W SuperSonic Charge as the world's fastest charging technology, after the teaser. This announcement will take place at the annual 828 Fan Festival on August 14, 2024, at Realme’s headquarters in Shenzhen, China.

Recent rumours suggest that this technology can charge a device from 0% to 17% in just 35 seconds. Realme has also disclosed that it will introduce four proprietary innovations that contribute to this milestone at the event.

The 320W fast charging technology is an upgrade from the 240W charging introduced last year with the Realme GT5, which could charge its 4600mAh battery to 20% in 80 seconds, 50% in 4 minutes, and fully in 9 minutes. This new 320W charging technology surpasses the 300W charging demonstrated by Xiaomi, which could charge a 4100mAh battery to 50% in 2 minutes and 12 seconds, and to 100% in just 5 minutes.

The three-day event, running from August 13th to 15th, will offer an exclusive preview of Realme's latest proprietary innovations and provide a glimpse into upcoming cutting-edge technologies aimed at transforming the smartphone experience with advancements in AI, performance, and imaging.
