Qualcomm launched Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 SoC with 11% faster CPU, 29% faster GPU
Qualcomm has introduced the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 SoC, the latest addition to the Snapdragon 6 series, following last year’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 3. The Kryo CPU delivers an 11% boost in performance, while the Adreno GPU offers over 29% better performance and achieves 12% overall power savings compared to its predecessor. This chipset supports 4K gaming and wireless lossless audio and is the first in the series to feature Gen AI capabilities.
It retains triple 12-bit ISPs and Qualcomm FastConnect with 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6E) and now includes Bluetooth 5.4 with dual antennas, along with Triple Frequency GNSS (L1/L5/L2), and triple-frequency.
