POCO M8 5G launched in India Starting at Rs. 18,999 with 6.77-inch FHD+ 120Hz curved AMOLED display, Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC, 5520mAh battery
POCO has launched its latest smartphone in the M series, the POCO M8 5G in India, as previously announced. The device features a 6.77-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 3200 nits peak brightness, and a slim 7.35mm profile.
The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM. It comes equipped with a 50MP rear camera and a 20MP front-facing camera. Running Android 15 with HyperOS 2, the POCO M8 5G is promised to receive four years of Android updates and six years of security patches.
In terms of durability, the phone carries IP65 and IP66 ratings for dust and splash resistance, along with military-grade durability certification. It houses a 5520mAh silicon-carbon battery with 45W fast charging support, and a charger is included in the box.
