Nokia announces the 207, 208 and 208 dual-SIM phones
Nokia has just announced a trio of new handsets, the Nokia 207, Nokia 208 and the 208 dual-SIM. The design of all three is identical and features Nokia's new bold color scheme with red, yellow and cyan options available as well. Both the Nokia 207 and the 208 feature a 2.4-inch QVGA display, but the only difference between them is that the Nokia 208 has a 1.3MP camera at the back.
All three feature a 1020 mAh battery, which although doesn't seem much but according to Nokia they can go for more than a month on standby and have a talktime of 12 hours on 2G. The Nokia 207, 208 and 208 Dual-SIM also feature quad-band 2G and tri-band 3G, meaning they will work globally. In terms of connectivity you have Bluetooth 3.0, 3.5mm AV port and microUSB port for data-syncing and charging. There's a microSD card slot as well which can take upto 32GB cards.
In terms of software, both the 207 and 208 have the Nokia Xpress Browser, YouTube app as well as popular social apps including Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp. There will be a Mail app available on both the models as well. All three Nokia phones is expected to be available sometime in Q3 with the color options of Cyan, Red, Yellow, Black and White. The Nokia 207, 208 and 208 Dual-SIM will be available for $68 without factoring in the local taxes.
