Micromax Canvas Nitro 2 launched in India with octa-core processor, 2 GB RAM for Rs. 10,990

Micromax has launched the successor to the Canvas Nitro 311. Dubbed the Canvas Nitro 2, it comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display running on a 1.4 GHz quad-core MediaTek processor with Mali-450 MP4 GPU, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB expandable storage running Android 4.4.2 KitKat.

The Nitro 2 has a 13 MP rear and 5 MP front camera. It is a dual-SIM 3G smartphone with WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, FM Radio support. There's a 2400 mAh battery to keep things running. It is available through InfiBeam for Rs. 10,990 in black colour and would also be available through other retailers.
