Micromax may have yet another winner in the mid-range segment with the Canvas Elanza 2 A121 if you go with sheer specs alone. Its one of the first phones to come with a Auto-focus front-facing camera that too with a LED flash. But that's for another time, in terms of hardware there's a Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor powering the innards with Adreno 302 GPU giving graphics a boost with 1 GB RAM running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. Quadrant Score Comparison

The Canvas Elanza Scored 8054 on Quadrant which is a brilliant score in this segment, closer to the Moto G than the Canvas 2 Colours A120 and the XOLO Q1010i. 

AnTuTu Score Comparison

We got 15721 on AnTuTu which is an excellent score in this segment, but a bit below the competition. 

NenaMark 2 Score Comparison

On NenaMark 2 we got a score of 39.5 FPS on Canvas Elanza 2, which is a bit disappointing since the similarly priced Canvas 2 Colours managed to score 53.5 FPS in the same test.

Vellamo HTML5 Score Comparison

HTML 5 chapter of Vellamo on the Canvas Elanza 2 A121 gave us a score of 1489 which is a good score, but again lower than the competition. The Snapdragon 200 is an entry-level solution and the HD display is certainly taxing it a bit.

Conclusion

It can be seen that the Canvas Elanza 2 A121 scored lower than the Canvas 2 Colours and other phones in this segment. But these are synthetic benchmark scores and only indicate real-world performance. In terms of general performance there are no hiccups and the touch response remains excellent.
