Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro to be announced on March 3 with QHD+ 2.5D curved Display, Snapdragon 870/880 SoC

Meizu is all set to launch its latest flagship smartphones Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro on March 3 in China, which is the successor of the Meizu 17 and 17 Pro that was launch last year in May. The company already confirmed that the phones will come with a punch-hole screen with a selfie camera in the center and has a 2.5D curved edges display, the volume rocker, and power key both on the right-hand side.

Now, the company has officially confirmed that the Meizu 18 will have a 6.2-inch FHD+ display, which is smaller than the previous, while the Meizu 18 Pro will have QHD+ Display and keeping the overall design with the 2.5D curved glass and the selfie camera in the center.

               

According to the renders, it expected that the Meizu 18 will be powered by a Snapdragon 870 chipset, while the 18 Pro will be bigger and mightier, powered by a Snapdragon 888 SoC. There is no more detail about the phones, but the battery capacity could be increased and get fast charging support.

We should know more details and the full specifications of the phones in the coming days before the launch.
