LeEco Le X850 certified, expected to come with Snapdragon 821 innards, 13MP dual rear cameras
LeEco is planning to launch a dual-camera smartphone if a listing on Chinese certification authority TENNA is to be believed. The LeEco Le X850 has just been certified packing high-end specs and dual 13MP rear cameras with LED flash.
There's a 16MP front facing camera here as well. The rest of the listing reveals that the Le X850 would be a dual-SIM smartphone with VoLTE support, 5.7-inch Quad-HD display, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage running on the Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor. You still won't have a 3.5mm headphone jack and the phone would rely on the proprietary USB Type-C based CDLA audio.
It also has a 3900 mAh battery which would be non-removable packed in a 7.99mm thin shell with the entire package weighing in at 185 grams.
The Le X850 is expected to launch soon, but there is no word on pricing or availability. Moreover, we don't have an image of the phone yet, the dual camera setup would be something interesting to see given that both Huawei and Apple are doing some interesting stuff with their dual sensors.
Earlier, we also saw another dual camera smartphone from the company dubbed the Le X652 with a different set of specs including a 5.5-inch 1080p display, 13MP dual rear cameras, 8MP front camera, 3900 mAh battery. The antenna lines on that have also been moved to the periphery similar to the iPhone 7.
