Intex to launch Firefox OS phone in India priced below Rs. 2000 on August 25

Intex has begun sending out press invites for an event to launch "India's lowest priced smartphone" scheduled on August 25th. Intex had previously said that it will launch the first Firefox OS phone in India called the CloudFX priced below Rs. 2000. It seems that the event is being held for the launch of the Cloud FX.

The Cloud FX firefox OS phone will feature a 3.5-inch display and will be powered by a 1 GHz processor. There is a 2 MP camera at the back and the phone will come with WiFi as well as Bluetooth connectivity.
