HONOR GT Gaming Smartphone launched with 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, up to 16GB RAM
HONOR has launched its latest gaming smartphone, the HONOR GT in China, as promised. The device features a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED Oasis gaming display with eye protection, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 3840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with up to 16GB of RAM and includes HONOR's self-developed Phantom Engine. It incorporates advanced technologies like the industry's first AI rendering and display separation for precise frame prediction, AI film detection, and adaptive AI power consumption optimization.
The HONOR GT also debuts the series’ first 3D waterfall VC cooling system and introduces the industry’s first dual-main-flow capillary net design, mimicking nature’s heat dissipation cycle for enhanced thermal performance. It further includes the industry’s first 9W high-performance thermal conductive gel to improve heat management.
On the camera front, the phone features a 50MP Sony IMX906 main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 16MP front-facing camera. The HONOR GT is powered by a 5300mAh battery that supports 100W fast charging.
