Right from the start we experienced touch-screen issues with the Lumia 535 Dual-SIM. It didn't matter whether we were in the browser, using various apps or gaming, the display didn't recognize taps well and sometimes just went bonkers. Microsoft acknowledged the issued and gave a fix. This review was done after the fix was installed and still the touchscreen behaved erratically. Adding to that is the inconsistent performance on the device, which made the phone respond even worse to taps and swipes. Gaming on lower-end Windows Phones has never been good, even the same hardware on Android performs better at gaming. Microsoft however was able to pack in two good cameras on the Lumia 535 and the battery-life too was quite decent, but they can't outweigh the lack of usability, where the primary interaction medium malfunctions more often than not.
