YuFit band with pedometer, sleep tracking, OLED display to go on sale starting July 29th priced at Rs. 999
Announced back in May the YuFit fitness band was expected to be available in June. But we finally now have a release date.
The YuFit band comes with a pedometer to count steps, sleep tracker, it can count your calories as well. There is an OLED display which we really missed on the Xiaomi Mi Band which shows the time, and also message and call notifications. You can read the number of steps, calories burnt right from the band.
Now a fitness device would be incomplete without a companion app to store all your data. This is where Micromax's partnership with HealthifyMe comes into view. The YuFit app is a re-brand of the HealthifyMe app but with the YuFit band integration. You can enter calories that you are eating, take pictures of food to calculate the amount of calories in it through the app.
Moreover, you can take help of fitness experts to help regulate your diet, there's group coaching and you can also call your personal trainer for help and guidance. There is a unique SOS feature on the YuFit band as well and using just the band you can send an SOS message to your emergency contact. Nifty feature there.
The YuFit Fitness Band has been priced at Rs. 999, registrations will start from 21st July and first sale will be on July 29th exclusively on Amazon.in. Registrations close on July 28th. Moreover first 1000 customers of the YuFit Band will get free subscription for a month on HealthifyMe with expert nutritionists, dietitians, Yoga instructors and more.
