Another YU smartphone, YU4711 surfaces online with Snapdragon 410 apart from YU5050 with Snapdragon 810
Yesterday we told you about the YU5050, a device with a Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor and 4GB RAM already imported in India for testing alongwith a GeekBench score. This time around we are hearing of another YU device, the YU4711 which also has made a round on GeekBench with a Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor and 1GB RAM, making it a cheaper variant of the Yuphoria.
The new YU4711 also runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, possibly with Cyanogen OS. But that's the extent of our knowledge for now and actually two devices is what the company might have been teasing all along with its launch tag line "Future Meets Past." YU is conducting the event tomorrow in New Delhi, India and we expect either one or both of these devices to be unveiled there alongwith a 10,000 mAh power bank. Stay tuned for live updates from the event.
Thanks Rajesh for the tip.
