XOLO Era with 5-inch display, quad-core processor, 8MP camera launched for Rs. 4444

XOLO Era was announced today in India with 5-inch display, 1GB RAM running KitKat priced at Rs. 4444. It will be available through flash sales over at Snapdeal exclusively, registrations begin in a couple of days.

Coming back to the specs, the XOLO Era has a 5-inch FWVGA display - considering the price that's expected, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor with 1 GB RAM, 8MP rear camera, 2MP front camera with a 2100 mAh Battery. Sadly, the XOLO Era is still running Android 4.4 KitKat when its primary competition, Canvas Spark runs Lollipop.

Connectivity options include 3G Dual-SIM support, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, FM Radio and USB OTG. You will also get a USB OTG cable within the box alongwith an additional back-cover. XOLO is also launching its online only Xolo Black smartphone on Friday, which is expected to feature dual rear cameras alongwith a smudge-free glass and metal construction.
