XOLO Era 4G and Era 4K launched in India with 4G LTE support
XOLO has launched 2 new smartphones in India, the Era 4G which promises 4G LTE connectivity at an affordable price point and the Era 4K which promises great battery-life with its humongous 4000 mAh battery.
XOLO Era 4K: Specifications, Pricing and Availability
The Era 4K was launched earlier this week with a massive 4000 mAh battery and 4G LTE support. It comes with a 5-inch HD display running on the quad-core MediaTek MT6735p processor we last saw on the Lenovo Vibe P1m. There's dual-SIM support on offer as well along with 2GB RAM, 8GB internal storage which is expandable with a microSD card slot.
The XOLO Era 4K runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and has an 8MP AF rear camera alongwith a 5MP front-facing camera. At present there's no word on fast charging for the Era 4K. Coming to dimensions, it is a bit thick at about 9.2mm and a bit bulky at 157 grams.
XOLO has priced the Era 4K at Rs. 6499 and it will be available in dark blue as well as white colors from Gadgets 360 starting February 22nd via flash sales.

The Era 4G is an affordable option for those looking to get onto the 4G bandwagon. It packs a 5-inch HD display which is protected by Gorilla Glass running on a 1.5GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC9830A processor with Mali-400 MP2 GPU. There's 1GB RAM here with 8GB expandable storage.
The XOLO Era 4G comes with Android 5.1 in the box but the company maintains that it is upgradable to Android Marshmallow. Coming to connectivity options, you have 4G LTE support with VoLTE, Dual-SIM slots, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS along with FM Radio. It also packs a rather big 2500 mAh battery.
Coming to pricing, XOLO Era 4G comes in at Rs. 4777 and will be available exclusively through Snapdeal starting 26th February with registrations for sale already underway.
