Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 gets new MIUI 8 v6.11.24 weekly update with several issues fixed and new features
Xiaomi has been continuously updating the beta MIUI 8 build on the Redmi Note 3 with new features and bug fixes, which will eventually trickle down to the stable build as well.
The new MIUI 8 update v6.11.24 adds the Mi Live app, along with several notable changes to the notification shade and the lock-screen. First of all, you can now delete notifications by just swiping on it from the lock screen. Issues with notification shade opacity have also been resolved when using third party apps or themes.

In the Gallery, you will now get the option to see recently deleted files. You can now also customize the home screen from settings and next time when you get a phone call while wearing headphones, you won't go deaf as MIUI will automatically reduce ringtone volume.
