Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra launched with 14-inch 3.2K 120Hz OLED display, Xiaomi XRING 01 SoC, 12000mAh battery
Xiaomi has launched its first ultra-series tablet, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra, alongside the Xiaomi 15S Pro during its 15th anniversary event in China. Its expansive 14-inch 3.2K OLED display offers a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1600 nits peak brightness, a 3:2 aspect ratio for better reading, and an impressive 93.6% screen-to-body ratio.
A special variant with a nano-soft light screen reduces reflectivity by 70% and glare by 99%, providing a paper-like writing experience. The display supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR Vivid, ZREAL technology, and is certified by TÜV Rheinland for low blue light and flicker-free visuals. The tablet features a sleek 5.1mm thin, 609g all-metal unibody design crafted from high-strength aluminum alloy, enhancing durability by 18%.
Under the hood, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra is powered by Xiaomi’s self-developed XRING 01 3nm chip, featuring a 10-core CPU with dual Cortex-X925 cores clocked at 3.7GHz, a 16-core Immortalis-G925 GPU, and a 6-core NPU delivering 44 TOPS of AI performance. It offers a 27.5% improvement in video export speed, 51.3% faster image processing, and reaches 119.3 fps in MOBA games, with 49% better multitasking efficiency.
The tablet is powered by a 12,000mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging, up to 16.9 hours of video playback. Additional hardware features include a VC heat dissipation system, Wi-Fi 7 with dual-band (2.4GHz + 5GHz) support, enhanced NFC with 85% better performance in weak signal environments, and an infrared sensor for controlling smart home devices. Camera hardware includes a 32MP front-facing camera and a 50MP rear sensor. Audio is powered by an eight-speaker system with a 16.5cc sound cavity, supporting Dolby Atmos and DTS:X.
Running HyperOS 2, the Pad 7 Ultra offers -
