Xiaomi Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro to be launched on April 18 with 11-inch 2.8K 144Hz display, Snapdragon 870 / 8+ Gen 1 SoC
Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of its latest smart tablets the Xiaomi Pad 6 and Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro in China on April 18th along with the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. The company has also shown images of the tablet in three colors that show a large screen with a keyboard dock and a stylus.
Xiaomi has also confirmed the 11-inch 2.8K 144Hz refresh rate screen with brilliant color accuracy and hardware-level low blue light eye protection and dual eye protection certification. It confirmed the Snapdragon 870 processor for the Pad 6 and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC for the Pad 6 Pro. The company said that the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro’s average frame rate reached “58.7fps” in Genshin Impact even after 30 minutes of playback.
The Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro will be powered by an 8600mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging, and a new deep sleep mode, so the sleep standby time is 47.9 days, as per the company.
Digital Chat Station also leaks, these will feature a metal body, USB 3.0, fingerprint scanner, and 50MP primary rear camera and these are expected to come with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.
