Xiaomi 15 Ultra Images Surfaced Online Revealing Design, and Camera Sample; Expected Triple 50MP Cameras

    Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its next flagship smartphone in the 15 series, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra next week at an event in China, with its global debut set for March 2 at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona. Xiaomi India has also teased the phone’s launch on the same day. Fresh press renders showcasing the device in all three color options have now surfaced.

    The Black and White variants feature a glass back, while the Leica-inspired dual-tone model sports a vegan leather finish. The images also reveal a flat display with a micro-curved design around the edges. Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun recently shared camera samples, highlighting the phone’s exceptional night photography capabilities across all focal lengths. The samples show a 70mm focal length with an f/1.8 aperture.

    The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is expected to feature a 50MP 1/2.51″ Sony IMX858 sensor with a 70mm 3X telephoto lens that doesn’t crop images. Additionally, its dual telephoto lenses are rumored to support a telephoto macro function, along with a new photography handle kit.

    The device is said to house a 50MP 23mm f/1.6x main camera with a 1″ LYT-900 sensor, a new 200MP 4.3X periscope telephoto camera with an f/2.6 aperture and a 1/1.4″ Samsung HP9 sensor, as well as a 50MP ultra-wide camera with a Samsung JN5 sensor and Leica Summilux lens.

    It is also expected to pack a massive 6000mAh battery, an upgrade from its predecessor’s 5300mAh capacity, along with 90W wired fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and a 2K quad-curved display from the Xiaomi 15 Pro.
