Vivo X200s launched with 6.67-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 9400+ SoC, 6200mAh battery
Vivo has also launched its latest mid-range smartphone in the X200 series, the Vivo X200s in China, alongside the X200 Ultra as promised. The device features a 6.67-inch 1.5K 120Hz LTPS display from BOE, delivering up to 5000 nits of peak brightness, similar to the standard X200. Under the hood, the X200s is powered by the Dimensity 9400+ SoC, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
For photography, the X200s sports a triple 50MP camera setup, including a main sensor, ultra-wide lens, and a Sony IMX882 Zeiss super telephoto camera. This setup includes Zeiss T coating*, an f/2.57 large aperture, and a new large-scale image enhancement technology that delivers sharp results even beyond 10x magnification, despite offering 3x optical zoom. On the front, there’s a 32MP selfie camera.
It features an Icefield liquid cooling system for better thermal management and boasts IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. The device is built with a durable aluminum alloy frame. The phone is backed by a 6200mAh battery, supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charging. Despite its large battery, it remains slim at 7.99mm and weighs just 203g.
